Is there a way to track customer visitation history?
You might need to look up a client’s appointment history for a variety of reasons including keeping track of when they've been to your business and any preferences they may have. Here is how you can do that:
- On the byChronos Manager app, navigate to Guestbook in the menu.
- Use the searchbar to find the client whose history you want to view.
- Click on the client and select the history tab (middle tab on top right) to view their visits.
From here, you can view the client's upcoming appointments, their previous visits, and any cancelled or no-show appointments.
