How do I connect an external domain to the webpage?

Some of our merchants may have bought their own domain and wish to keep using it. In that case, the domain is not registered under our account so simply linking that domain to the webpage will not work. Here is how you can connect the external domain the webpage:

• Navigate to console.go3technology.com
• Under Branded Navigators > Web, click on Domain in the menu.
• Enter the domain name and Submit.
• You will see a link called "Check DNS configuration". Click on it.
• Navigate to the domain provider's site where the domain is registered. Please ask the merchant for the login info to access their domain settings. Then, follow the instructions that are displayed. The example domain and brand name will autofilled for you.
• After approximately 24 hours, the webpage should be linked to the domain successfully.
